*Order Placement:* All balloon orders must be placed at least 30 days before the event date to ensure availability and proper preparation.

*Deposit and Final Payment:* A deposit is required upon booking of 50% and the final payment is due 7 days before the event date.

*Balloon Quality:* We exclusively use professional-quality balloons that have an extended lifetime. Balloons are yours to keep after the event, or our team can assist with clean-up upon request.

*Add-ons:* Balloon garlands or balloon column bags can be added for an additional cost, depending on the size of the order.

*Inspirational Pictures:* Inspirational pictures are welcome to help us understand your vision and provide quicker quotes.

*Customization:* Please note that these are balloon quotes with pipe,stand & balloons only. Draping services can be added to balloon services for stands of 10ft by 10ft or 10ft by 20 ft. Custom backdrops, banners, marquee numbers, name or logo decals, and florals are available at an additional fee. Draping prices vary on style that you may be interested in or similar.
